I gave Madoc some rice and kitchen utensils to play with last week. He had a good time and made a great mess. And don't mind that pile of recyclables. They were soon taken to the curb.
Good idea! I've heard of doing that with beans too. I might have to give it a try. Lucas loves to "do the dishes". He scrubs the sink with the brush and plays for like 30 minutes.
