We did a lot of swimming while at Grandma's house. It was so nice to have the pool right out the back door. No packing swim bags or worrying about who hasn't gone to the bathroom. One night Neil and I even went swimming after the kids were in bed!
The kids became much braver in the water on this trip. Sadie started swimming even longer distances, learned how to breathe without stopping, and perfected her technique for diving for sticks. Madoc no longer needs a grown-up holding on to him the whole time. And Charlotte just loves the water. The pool was 88 to 90 degrees the whole time which is MUCH warmer than our pool here and it made the whole experience so pleasant.

Could she be wearing any more floaties?

And a random pic of my dad and Trey.

Charlotte gets cuter and cuter every time I see pictures of her! Swimming in the pool is such a fun summer activity.

Wow, Charlotte really does love the water! That is a big smile she has. I love the picture of Sadie with all the floaties. She is a funny kid. That sounds like a great water temperature.

It is fun to see the kids enjoy the water. Charlotte was already as cute as can be, yet she is getting cuter.

Oh how I would love to have a pool in my backyard! Pools and summertime go together well. The kids sure do seem to be enjoying themselves in these pictures. Sadie definitely looked "drown-proof" with all the floaties, Charlotte looks happy as can be, and I think Madoc's haircut must be a real advantage when it comes to swimming.
