We are traveling to Indiana this week for a funeral and my kids really wanted to have snow to play in so I told them to start praying for it. Apparently they neglected to specify where they wanted snow as we got quite the snowfall here this afternoon in the desert! Too bad the ground's too warm for it to stick.

I am so sorry about your Grandpa. I've been following all the news from your cousins on FB. Great news that you can go. I saw that a Shoaf group from Utah are driving. You guys are awesome! Good luck on the drive. Enjoy the snow & Grandma/Grandpa time. I bet your mom is excited!
