We're leaving tomorrow for St. Louis and Sarah's wedding. Yippee! But Handsome Face and I have been sick all week. So not fun and the timing is terrible. Just when I have a million things to do and my house needs cleaned from top to bottom (literally - my house is too big). Wish me luck!

Temple Trip

We went up to the Temple on Saturday. We traded kid duty with some friends in our ward. They were a little late and supposedly their daughter was cranky (she was an angel for us) so we all just did initiatories. It was so nice. The weather was great and the kids had a blast hanging out with Dallin and Mia.

One year older

Cute Girl turned five last week. She was so excited. We started out with her favorite breakfast sandwiches for breakfast. We let her open one present that morning from G'ma and G'pa Crapo so she'd have her new sparkly church dress to wear. The dress ended up being too short to wear without leggings so she got to open a second present to find a new skirt. She finally wore the sparkly dress to church today.That evening we had her birthday dinner - sausage and bean soup, fruit salad, and bread and butter. Then we had cheesecake with blackberry sauce and opened presents. She was very spoiled.

That evening we had a huge Easter dinner at our house with four other families. It was such fun and the food was delicious!

Dyeing Eggs

We decorated our Easter eggs Saturday evening. The kids had a great time using all of the different techniques we came up with it. My personal favorite is the green egg wrapped in rubber bands.
